What is the Transatlantic trade ? The Transatlantic Trade is A group of Africans who were forced to migrate from region to region. This is called “diaspora”. Diaspora Definition means to “scatter”. What is the triangle trade ? The triangle trade was a trade made between Africa, European, Caribbean, And america. They also call this act the “3 legs”. The first leg was between Europe and Africa. In this trade, they basically focused on goods manufactured off slaves. The second trade was basically sending and placing slaves on ships shipping them somewhere else. The third leg was held for the transportation of goods from america to Europe. Most people who are still learning about the transatlantic trade still ask question like What was the main purpose for this act. Well , The purpose of this act was that the Europeans were in alliance with the indigenous people, But they people were ill and died off. Also, They labors were starting to get expensive so they had to cut that. By cutting off labors, This allowed them to force slavery upon the Africans. Forcing them to scatter from place to place. This Relates back again to the African diaspora. How does the triangle trade connects to the African diaspora? It connects by leading readers to understand the dishonor the slaves had to go through. All this occurred during the same time period as the transatlantic trade. The triangle trade did great for the u.s. but not to great for the Africans. The slaves would make goods and they were forcefully forced to make trades with america and other continents. The goods they would trade where guns, gun powder, And etc. This is why america is in a great possession that its in. Not just america, But other continents as well. Gold was also important trade for the Europeans, The Caribbeans, and The Americas. Due to the diaspora of the Africans, The religion was easily spread throughout the world allowing millions to get hurt and millions to die. The reason why i chose to speak about these two subjects because this breakdown and help aid people to understand the cause of the African diaspora. This was important to me because this enlighten me to hear how the inventions that we see how they were created. Its sad to hear that people was forced to manufactured goods to fight for their lives. I hate to see people forced to do anything. Nobody shouldn’t have to do what the next person say forcefully.
